KTZ (Kokontozai) ss14 show

The ss14 womenswear collection "draws attention to the traditions, and migrations of nomadic cultures and their impact on today's society".

 

I thought the collection was superb. I particularly liked the infusion of the Middle Eastern culture to some pieces; that looked to be the inspiration of this collection. 

The models outfit second in looks to be inspired by the traditional veil. With the face being totally covered and only eyes on display. 

 

These looks being more like the KTZ we are used to. The addition of the metal work on the pieces is a nice touch! 

 

The floral printed material used for this outfit was beautiful; which is very common in eastern parts of the world, such as India.

I started day 1 by wearing an outfit that was inspired by my indian culture. I went for a maharaja look which translated to English means high king. 
Outfit consists of:
Traditional Indian shoes from unze 
A bespoke green top and white pants
Gold chains from India
Ivory piece from Kenya passed down from grandparents
Brooch from Goodwill
